The Phone Visit for the 2017 Mid-Autumn Festival A phone visit was hold for Mid-Autumn Festival in our facility on September 14 and 15. There were 343 inmates from section one and two, as well as 232 inmates from section three participating. Inmates took turns to make a phone call in order to show their concern and love to their family members.
