Our center holds the tai chi, aromatherapy and Yoga program for the first time, which applying the theory of the exercise therapy and the brain mechanism. Through the aromatic relaxation, body movement and respiration, the members’ brains will release the beneficial hormones to make them experience self-therapy and then improve the health. The program also improves the members’ self-awareness and relaxation skills which can help them cope with stress and adjust emotion well. We will do the pilot study to evaluate the effects for this program.
