The AA Group of Alcoholics in 2017

Our center has set up the AA group program under the leading of Alcoholics Anonymous of Taiwan since January 5, 2017. The group is open-meeting and meets once a week with 8-12 members.
The group takes in the driving-unsafely inmates mainly and drug-use inmates secondarily. During the first hour, the members will read the 12 steps of recovery, 12 traditions, the purposes of AA, and share the weekly life events and personal reflections. At the second hour, the leaders will introduce the 12 steps systematically, and invite the members to share and discuss their experiences following the 12 steps. The group ends in the reading of serenity prayer.
