On the afternoon of February 16, Secretary-General, Hui-Ling He, and the members of Fu-Li Rehabilitation Association for Teenaged Amputees, R.O.C. came to hold the “Beauty of Crescent: Delivering love into the prisons” care activity. With the sharing of the guests’ personal life, the inmates can comprehend how they overcame the physical handicap, take them as models and get the courage to face their challenge in the future.
