Phone Visit for Chinese Lunar New Year in 2017

The phone visit was hold for the lunar new year on Jan 12 and13, 2017. A representative from Chunghwa Telecom received a certificate of appreciation for their assistance of the phone system installation. There were 366 inmates from section one and two, and 230 inmates from section three participating. Inmates took turns to make a phone call to send their wishes to their family members.
