On the afternoon of Nov. 22, Mr. Liu Tianfu, president of the Physically and Mentally Handicapped Association, and other nine people came to our facility for "Life Luminous Hope" Caring Program. The hope of this event is to encourage recipients to bravely move forward to overcome their plight into a new life.
