A phone visit was hold for the mother’s day on April 13 and 14. A representative from Chunghwa Telecom received a certificate of appreciation for their assistance of the phone system installation. There were 393 inmates form section one, two and 292 inmates from section three participating. Inmates took turns to make a phone call in order to show their love to their family members.
