A phone visit was hold for the lunar new year on Jan 20 and 21. A representative from Chunghwa Telecom received a certificate of appreciation for their assistance of the phone system installation. There were 355 inmates form section one and two, and 246 inmates from section three participating. Inmates took turns to make a phone call in order to send their wishes to their family members.
