The event started with a breaking speech by our counseling section chief. The ex-legislator Mr. Wang, Teng-Ging gave a speech “ the most beautiful blessing in life”. Mr. Wang used his own experience to encourage inmates to face their past and live more meaningful life through love. There were 57 inmates participating.
