Professor Xie Wenyan from Department of the Crime Prevention and Corrections Central Police University was invited to give out a speech,“ a plan of employment transformation- interpersonal communication in work places”. The event was hosted by our section director and had 46 inmates participating. The goal of this seminar was to promote inmates motivation of employment and ability, and increase the knowledge of job market in order to have better employment rate.
