Annual Moon Festival phone reunion in the year of 2015

On September 16 and 17, we held an annual Moon Festival phone reunion in our facility. The opening ceremony was hosted by the Chief of counseling and a certificate of appreciation was given to China Telecom at the North Branch of Taipei. There were 600 inmates participating. The goal of this event was to express their care and thoughts over the phone.
