The seminar was held in our facility and Manager Chen from human resource bank gave out a speech “variety of job market”. There were 75 inmates participating. Through the series of seminar, the goal of those events was to help inmates to boost their self-understanding and increase their motivation and ability to involve in the job market. More than that, this speech also provided inmates more information regarding the market in order to increase the employment rate.
