The seminar was held in our facility and Ms.Lin from Taipei city women council gave a speech to our inmates from social adaptation class. The goal of this seminar was to help inmates to boost their self-understanding and increase their motivation and ability to involve in the job market. More than that, this speech also provided inmates more information regarding the market in order to increase the employment rate.
