A phone visit was hold for the mother’s day on April 29 and 30. A representative from Chunghwa Telecom received a certificate of appreciation for their assistance of the phone system installation. There were 244 inmates form section one, two and 265 inmates from section three participating. Inmates took turns to make a phone call in order to send their wishes to their family members.
