A phone visit was hold for the lunar new year on Feb 3 and Feb. 4. A representative from Chunghwa Telecom received a certificate of appreciation for their assistance of the phone system installation. There were 432 inmates form section one and 299 inmates from section two participating. Inmates took turns to make a phone call in order to send their wishes to their family members.
