On August 5, Next Magazine interviewed our light food class, which was taught by Cai Xiao Ping. Teacher led the 15 trainees to make different drinks and some finger foods. Through the report, outsiders could understand more about these skill-training courses, which can help inmates to be more self-reliant when back to their normal lives.
