A speech “worries- stress who knows, who has, and who can help?” (Mar,2013)

Jenhui Tsai gave a speech in our facility on 3/20. Our deputy director host the event which was attended by 228 inmates. The speech was aimed to help participants understand how to find the right people through asking for help. Furthermore, it also emphasized the idea of being the right person for others when you are giving a hand to others.
